The challenge
Kelvin's consulting firm had a decade of client results and a website that looked like it was built in 2014. When pitching enterprise procurement teams, the visual mismatch undercut every credibility claim in his deck. He was losing deals he never knew he was in the running for.
The approach
Full visual identity audit and redesign, rebuilt on expert-kit with an enterprise-first structure. We prioritized the case study system — four new case studies published at launch, each with hard revenue numbers and senior client quotes. Added a services page written specifically for enterprise procurement decision-makers, with delivery timelines, team structures, and engagement models clearly laid out.
The results
Two Fortune 500 scope agreements signed within the first month after launch. Average project value increased from $28K to $106K. Three legacy clients proactively renegotiated rates upward after seeing the new site — without being asked.
