The challenge
Priya had an 800-person email list, deep expertise in UX research, and no idea how to monetize either. She was trading time for money with 1:1 consulting, charging $150/hour, and burning out. She knew her knowledge was worth more but had no system to deliver it at scale.
The approach
We designed a three-tier product ladder: a $29 template pack as the entry point, a $197 self-study course in the middle, and a $1,200 live cohort at the top. We rebuilt her newsletter subscription flow in expert-kit — subscribe page, thank-you page, archive, and welcome email — so every new reader entered a proper sequence. We rewrote her About page to lead with outcomes for her audience, not her credentials.
The results
Grew her email list from 800 to 12,000 in four months using the newsletter flow as the primary acquisition engine. First cohort sold out in 48 hours. Total product revenue across three launches: $94,000. She now works 30% fewer hours than before at 6× her previous effective hourly rate.
