Built a personal brand using expert-kit as the foundation: a clear positioning page for his niche (business owners 2–5 years from a liquidity event), a newsletter subscription flow targeting that audience with content about exit planning and post-exit wealth strategy, and a case study system featuring anonymized client outcomes. Added a resource toolkit — a free exit-readiness checklist — as a lead magnet.
The results
Eight new HNW clients acquired in three months, all from digital-sourced relationships — zero cold outreach. Added $2.1M in AUM from newsletter-driven introductions. Newsletter now drives approximately two qualified introductory calls per week without any paid media spend.
